In a career as an event producer, talent coach, and marketing and communications expert,
Katherine has always believed in the transformative power of convening people of varied backgrounds, interests, talents, and missions. She has produced unforgettable theater events ranging from Alvin Ailey to Philip Glass, from the Beijing Opera to The National Theatre of Great Britain. She has developed strategic planning workshops for arts organizations and theater professionals across the country. She has worked at Washington University in St. Louis, National Geographic, and the US-China Business Council, and founded two consulting companies: Helix Associates and KPTconsult. As director of programming for National Geographic Live, Katherine recruited and worked with more than 70 top experts in their fields—photographers, filmmakers, scientists, conservationists, adventurers, and explorers—touring their stage presentations globally. Speakers she has privately coached have spoken at the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, before Congress, and at TED.

Before joining Changemaker Talent, Katherine served as Associate Director for the nonprofit Ripple Effect Images. Along with Deb, she leads public speaking workshops for Sony’s Artisans Of Imagery and coaches speakers one-on-one. Her goal? To help companies and individuals create shareable magic, promote the best in our cultures, and

forge the protection of our beautiful blue planet for the future.
